Suzy,

In answer to your question about too much water the answer in "yes". As with everything in life it seems to need to be balanced. I read all your other posts with interest but didn't feel I could contribute anything helpful.

One thing you might want avoid are gas producing foods (ex: broccoli, cabbage, beans, etc). Again it can be an individual thing. Some people get gas from apples, etc.
