I forget how long it has been since I have done Tae-Bo right now...I really need to get back into it though. Now that I have a car I was looking for a job...well, actually I live right behind a Goodwill and they are hiring. They are looking for someone that they can train to do everything in the store..open and close take and drop off deposits. The whole nine yards...I woudl say that I would be an Assistant Manager, but I don't know if I will get the actual title. Anyway, my point here, I think I had one, was that if I get the job then I will be able to get some more tapes and maybe it will help me get back into it more. > , put in a tape and do taebo now! I am thrilled for you about the job opportunity, but with or without new tapes, you have to start exercising again. New tapes wasn't the only motivational tool mentioned. How about focusing on your abs? Improving your punch or kicks? Using a mirror? You got a reprieve from boot camp for awhile, so now is the time to get yourself into the best shape possible. I forget how long it has been since I have done Tae-Bo right now...I really need to get back into it though. , Don't let the fact that you don't have more tapes, stop you from pushing play! When I first started doing tae-bo, I only had the studio tapes and it was a good two months or so that I only had those tapes. Just set a goal for yourself and try to stick to it (even if you are doing the same tape). Maybe, start off by saying you'll work out 3 days a week, just so you can get back into it! I know sometimes it's hard to stay motivated (we all get in ruts sometimes where it's not as easy to push play), but the only way to get back on track is to put that tape in the vcr and push play. Once you do that, you'll feel much better! Plus, you've got the added motivation of getting in shape for the Marines. Whenever you don't feel motivated to workout, think of your long term goals and know that you are working towards that. You have a choice now, but once you get to Boot Camp, you won't have a choice and it will be much easier if you have a good foundation before going in who hopes can dig down inside of her and find the motivation
Guest guest
Actually, remember that and I are going to the WTC on Saturday!! I know I haven't done Tae-Bo in awhile, but I think with a live class and everything that this is just what I need to get my butt back in gear!! And I know that we are going to be doing the second class which is less strenuous then the first one they offer on Saturdays. Someone remind me to get batteries and film for my camera and to take it with me!! (??? LOL) , put in a tape and do taebo now! Guest guest
I wouldn't believe anything that anyone tells you about a second workout being easier that the first at the WTC. I think, like the tapes, all of them are action-packed, fun-filled and will work your butt off (literally!). I hope you have a wonderful time! I remember being told that taking photos in the WTC was against the rules. Maybe you could call and verify before you go? or just try to take a few shots before/after class? Good Luck! LV, who wishes she were going SSS, STYA and RTL (AND MGSBAFF (, get some batteries and fresh film) Re: Question of the week Actually, remember that and I are going to the WTC on Saturday!! Not sure there is such a thing as "less strenuos" at a tae-bo studio....ha ha! But, I'm sure you will LOVE it and you will both have a blast! It will definitely get you motivated again...there's nothing like a live class! Have fun!

I think my main purpose of the food log is to examine my diet. To see if I am eating enough veggies, getting enough calcium, stuff like that. Okay, okay, you know me too well Barb. Since my scale had it's unfortunate accident, I have no numbers to obsess over. So I will probably obsess over the calories... That stuff adds up (like cleaning up the kids plates....stuff like that). Plus, when you write it all down, it will really make you think whether or not you REALLY want to eat it! That was a really good workout and BL3 doesn't have much of a warm-up so it's good to do that one last. Also, I like adding BL1 onto the end of any of the tapes because it ends with the floorwork. Also, BL6 and BL7 are both great tapes and make for an incredible workout! who finally got AL7 today and did it but I'm still trying to decide whether or not I liked it.....I think I would have liked it better if the cardio stuff was first and then the floorwork. I don't like doing the floorwork first!

The little indention between my outer thighs and butt (do you know what I mean)? And last but not least--my boobs, which I better like since I paid $3,000 for them 10 years ago!
