Thought I'd share some humor with my Feisty Friends.

Wednesday night my daughter had her second child. For

2 1/2 months we've thought it was a girl (from ultrasound).

The baby's head came out & the cord was tight around it's neck, the doctor had

to clamp & cut it before delivering the body. Out slid the body & the baby nurse

whisked it to the warmer. Since I work there & am more experienced then that

nurse I went to the warmer & began helping to get the baby to breathe. My

daughter said, " Has anyone checked to make sure it's a girl? " Up until then I'd

been to busy but then I did & replied " it's a boy " . Several voices said " WHAT? "

I looked over to them & said , " It has a penis " . They said the look on my face

was priceless.

All's well & both mommy & baby are home & fine but we're still in shock.
