Hello Loriann, My scar starts at the bottom of my shoulder blades to just about my tail bone. When I had my surgery it looked as though I was pretty much straight, but when I had my xray 14 years ago I was amazed at how much S like my spine had become. I am sure when I go to the U for my appt. I will find out exactly when the rod stats and stops. I will enter in my data after my appointment.
