Guest guest
Thanks for all of your encouragemenet. I will definitely let you all know what happens in the immediate future. It's very depressing to know what has happened and that so many other people suffer from the same thing. I'm so glad they don't use the harrington rod anymore and that no more people have to suffer through this type of problem. Reading the post on Myelogram, , I hope they find something, and if you don't, find someone who will help you. I wish I went and found help years ago! My husband finally pushed me into getting more help. I can relate to the upper back, hip, and leg pain. My upper back pain has been plaguing me for as long as I can remember. I've learned to ignore it until it gets really bad - when my hip and leg starts to hurt. It sounds like the flatback symptoms, totally. So, I hope you don't stop looking for relief. Yesterday, my back started to spasm from over compensation. I think I'm thinking about my problem too much. When the initial shock is over, I'm sure I'll feel like my old self (chronic pain, no spasms)soon. lol.
