I gave all my high heels to the Goodwill, they are so bad for your back and

feet!

Once you wear low heeled and well made shoes, you'll never go back to those

torturous shoes!

If you want to look glamorous, get a pedicure, and buy some sandals with

good support (like from Rockport, etc.).

Good response...I like Berks (or is it Bercs) with rag wool socks in the winter

time too. LOL Seriously, I do. However, I do dress up some times. There are very

fashionable low shoes out there.
