Guest guest
I am just starting to catch up a little after a long period of Internet connection problems. I am sorry to see that no one replied to this very interesting post from you. I wonder if you have a unique situation with your arms, or if other people who have had a similar experience just happened to miss your post. What is the Super Slow Zone? Sounds intriguing . . . Best, > > Does anyone else have mobility issues with their shoulders and arms. For instance, before my revision surgery, I could not lift my hands above my head at all. Now I can but not straight up. I also noticed that the " crook " of my elbow points upward when I relax my arm instead of pointing to my side- almost like my arms are twisted. Anyone else experience this or have something similar? Just curious... > > Also has anyone tried the Super Slow Zone for muscle strength training? I have lost a LOT of muscle tone and my doctor suggested I try this to regain some of the muscle strength. > > Thanks for any information. > > >
