Hello Friends,

My surgery is scheduled for August 5th. My surgeon, Dr. Girasole, is

INCREDIBLE!!! When I saw him yesterday he introduced me to one of his

flatback patients who is 1 year post op. She was zippin' all around

that office. Walking witout a gait and she even let me see her pre

and post x-rays. She has a cute li'l butt and a very attractive

lumbar curve. WAY WICKED KEWL!

I am totally unafraid.

Check this out...not only will my ortho be operating, but he works

with a neurosurgeon. Is this good care or what? I'm impressed.

I meet the neurosurgeon end of July.

Here is a tip for you fellow flatbackers...don't sit with your legs

crossed, it makes the lumbar area curve outward. It also stresses the

SI JOINTS.

Interesting ay?

,

Good luck with your surgery. My thoughts are with you. I'd like to

closely track your progress because I'll be next in November! I'm

sure you'll do great because you have a fantastic attitude! Keep us

all posted. I'll be praying for you on Thursday.
