hellow,

I am a worker in Naz foundation and am on the run. I

have the e-mail password for this mailbox, so I am

using it to post on this list.

Right now I am in hiding for the police may even arrest

me and others who are also in hiding from naz / Bharosa/

Friends India, for they have said that we work on MSM issues

[they say gay issues] and therefore we are against

indian culture.

They say we are promoting homosexuality, when we have

only been working on HIV/AIDS prevention. They are now

saying that neither homosexuals nor AIDS patients have

any human rights and all are criminals and should be

put in jail. The press here is also with the police

And have reported all kinds of false statements.

I tried to call up the NACO office in Delhi today, but

the persons there said that they cannot help us. when

I said that we work on MSM and are well known to NACO

officials & Mr. Prasada Rao, and that the police is

hounding us, he said that the NACO do not work with MSM.

This is a lie,for Mr. Prasada Rao has attended our

meetings and know of Naz foundation International.

NACO is now siding with the police for reasons we

cannot undersatnd.

This may be my last mail.

Please help us and ask NACO to tell the police here

that they know that we are a well known organisation

and they have worked with us and MSM work is not illegal.

Also that AIDS patients have same rights and should not be

jailed. Also post my mail to other groups if you can.
