With regard to your information to start Anti Viral

therapy most of the physician in India prescribing

mono or dual therapy for PLWHA'S, physician in India

needs orientation before they are starting ARV to

their HIV CLIENTS.

Most of them not bother about the people's

sustainability to take such medications and

monitoring them.

Recent days ARV rates are coming down in India most

people wanting to start the ARV. All physician

should aware about devloping drug resistance.

In future this is going to be big threat for

PLWHA'S IN India. with regards
