Cheryl,

It is SO GOOD to see your name out there on the internet! Bravo! I hope

that you are doing extremely well following your surgeries and awful

experiences.

I felt so bad for you when I read about it all! So, all things considered,

how are you feeling? Were you happy with the care provided by Dr. Rand? I

saw him today in the cafeteria, but didn't bother him. He got paged out

eventually. I was there for pre-admission testing, even though my hand surgery

isn't

until April 13. Did you know that the girl who does the EKG's was a

scoliosis " survivor " ? She told me that she wore a brace which totally corrected

her

condition (while she was a teenager).

I'm curious as to how your hair is growing in. (Can you tell that I've

thought about doing the exact same thing you did?) Is it the same color? Just

think, it is all new hair! Is it curlier or straighter, or anything? You were

so gutsy. I'm worried about what I'll do with my mop with my hand in a cast.

(Never mind what I will do with my urostomy!)

Keep on keepin' on girl! Stay well and know that I wish you a quick,

complete recovery!

Sincerely,

Carole M. (the elder)

So, Carole, how was the pre-op?

Were you able to see Corina?

Carole, either you type faster than the speed of Cyberspace, or you're psychic!

I got my answers faster than I got a copy of my own post! LOL
