Guest guest
I've created a Wikipedia entry (admittedly skeletal) at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samter%27s_triad I'll be adding more info here as time permits, and also adding sources and links. I hope this can be a huge addition to our resources. I've been doing some thinking as my Zyflo supply is about to run out, and it occurs to me: nothing will benefit us more, currently, than finding more people out there with this problem. I have a feeling it's much more common than we think and that doctors aren't calling it by name, leaving patients bewildered. I know it took me years to determine what I had, and it was a huge relief to know there were others in my shoes. Enough is known about our disorder -- and enough is known about the processes behind it -- that a cure or at least a decent treatment could be possible within our lifetimes. But that won't happen until researchers take greater notice of the phenomenon. Growing this group, pooling resources, and raising awareness will be key in getting the help we need from the medical and scientific community. -- Condouris earth 212-459-2398 aether 646-234-6669 Work: http://amberdigital.com Play: http://wackyneighbor.com
