Need info on ARV treatment!

Dear sir,

I found HIV Antiretroviral drugs in CIPLA

(http://www.cipla.com) an authrozied distirbutor for

India. I would like to get it but as I came to know

that patient needs T-Cell counting and other clinical

test. What are these test? could u please write me in

details?? The patient was infected 3-4 yrs ago and the

health condition is still better sometime minor

trouble overall its fine.

Patient is living in Kathmandu, Nepal. I don't know

are these drugs are available or not. Could u

please write me if in any case the drugs are

unavailable in the region can A patient get from via

postal after he/she send the clinical report to CIPLA

or clinics who distribute these drugs via india. Is

it valid to follow such treatment?
