Guest guest
i have yet another cold. i think this is #6 since september? samters and little germ magets (ie my kids) just dont mix well. what is everyone's thoughts on irrigation when you have a cold? does it help to decrease or incerease one's chances of getting an infection? it seems logical that it would decrease the chances since you're getting all the gunk out, but here i am with the feeling that i am on the cusp of this one turning into an infection. i've made it through the past 3 colds without needing antibiotics... perhaps it has nothing to do with irrigation but rather the severity of the cold? this one is a cold on steriods (pardon the humor!) jennifer
