Guest guest
Staph aureus biofilms are associated with recalcitrant cases of rhinosinusitis. Fess will reduce the biofilm load but won't eradicate it .Also having Staph aureus biofilms may be associatrd with delayed or poor healing after endoscopis surgery( possibly what has prolonged my healing). Adding bactroban ointment to a neil med bottle should help with the above ( as asfy uggests). What is the best way to add the ointment to an 8 ounce Neil Med bottle(ie How much ?) and would adding this along with pulmicort respules and saline and using 2X daily be appropriate, say for a 2-3 week period?.
