Spinal Stenosis Surgical Options

Good evening - My wife has moderate to severe spinal stenosis, a herniated disc, and misaligned lumbar vertebra which are causing severe back and leg pain. She has tried all of the conservative treatments including epidural cortisone injections. Next comes surgery - laminectomy, discectomy, spinal fusion and insertion of a Dynys System. Apparently minimally invasive doesn't work because of the complexity of her situation. Do you know of something else that may help the situation. We live in Bucks County, Penna. Thanks,
