I am the one who decided against self-desensitization after all of the warning emails. SO I am still stuffed up. I want to try the inverted position for the nasal spray you have been writing about. I tried it this morning, but the flonase spray bottle will not work unless it is pointed straight up. Do I need to get an adapter or order a different kind of spray nozzle from the pharmacy?
