Guest guest
What steps should be taken by someone who is allergic to aspirin and has accidentally taken aspirin? Should they make themselves throw up? Should they take something over the counter or eat something? Thanks Reese hospitalave@...
Guest guest
If you can throw up right away, that will go a long way to dodge a reaction. Then, short of seeking medical attention, some sort of broncho-dilator inhaler would be my basic approach, to get you through the asthma attack. (one of my attacks, before I figured out what was going on or had any inhalers, was on a remote island in Fiji, 1/2 hour of rough seas away from anything -- I just had to get through the night one strenuous breath at a time.) I can't think of anything to eat or anything otc that would do any good. Maybe doctor Bob is lurking, and might advise. regards, Ken West > From: " " <hospitalave@...> > Reply-samters > Date: Thu, 23 Oct 2003 20:05:28 -0000 > samters > Subject: Aspirin and benadryl > > What steps should be taken by someone who is allergic to aspirin and > has accidentally taken aspirin? Guest guest
Dear , I have an idea for your Mom. I have used NAET to find my allergies and even cure them. NAET uses muscle response testing to find what you are reacting to and then accupuncture or accupressure to cure the allegy. I have had my health improve in an amazing way using NAET. You can find out more about it and check for a practioner near you at www.naet.com . The practitioner may go to the hospital to help you. They can test what your Mom is reacting to and then treat her. It really works! Your Mom can find out what she is reacting to. If there is a medicine that she must have that she is reacting to she can get treated for it and be able to use it! She can avoid the things she doesn't have to have and slowly get treated for things she must have. Later she can get treated for things she's allergic to that she wants to have. Her health will improve every day. This treatment is truly amazing! I believe absolutely in it and I wish more people knew about it.
