Please add " allwerasking " to your IM.

I don't participate in chat here. I do think

if we are talking about spinal stenosis or medication, surgery, or

any other treatment of ss it is not off topic and I vote that it can

stay so we can get everyones' opinion and experience. I have learned

a lot about my

ailment by reading some of the " chatty " posts.

I do think that subject headings could be changed much more often.

People can sign up for web only, special notices or digest if they get

too much mail.

I work two jobs and have ss and I am in pain much of the time. Still,

my delete button works!
