Guest guest
I have a sinus infection, had a z-PAC(?) which did nothing. I'm on vacation and don't want to use antibiotics or steroids if I can possibly avoid them. I'm not an allergic person, am taking aspirin and irrigating twice a day, and trying to keep the bottle clean. Has anyone had any luck getting rid of infections w/o medication? I can try to change my diet in a week or so when I get home, but am also wondering if anyone has found any other solutions? Thanks. Holy Moly - I dont think this much gunk has came out of my nose in a long long time. And it's almost every time i do it and hang upside down more and more comes out. > > anyway - thought I'd pass along the hang upside down technique and suggest that others may try it. I saw it on a you tube video of others that were doing nasal irrigation when hanging their heads over their beds - but i think this technique works as well. > > also- if you don't irrigate (like I haven't for the last 5 years) it is definitely something that you should pick up doing. I plan to continue doing this for long after my surgery has healed because the benefits and comfort I get from it are huge! >
