Sinus infection. Help?

I have a sinus infection, had a z-PAC(?) which did nothing. I'm on vacation and don't want to use antibiotics or steroids if I can possibly avoid them. I'm not an allergic person, am taking aspirin and irrigating twice a day, and trying to keep the bottle clean. Has anyone had any luck getting rid of infections w/o medication? I can try to change my diet in a week or so when I get home, but am also wondering if anyone has found any other solutions? Thanks. Great ! Just be sure to properly disinfect your irrigation device and

wash your hands before irrigating. I used to simply wash my bottle in

warm tap water, until a mold (or bacteria) grew inside it and forced me

to act otherwise.

I've read pretty much everyone on here doing it a few times a day for

maintenance and to keep sinuses clear.

nasal rinses at one time to make sure things are getting cleared out.

the rinse and blowing my nose gently while hanging upside down (I just

bend over a the waist). Holy Moly - I dont think this much gunk has came

out of my nose in a long long time. And it's almost every time i do it

and hang upside down more and more comes out.

suggest that others may try it. I saw it on a you tube video of others

that were doing nasal irrigation when hanging their heads over their

beds - but i think this technique works as well.

is definitely something that you should pick up doing. I plan to

continue doing this for long after my surgery has healed because the

benefits and comfort I get from it are huge!
