Traditionally we hvae had three moderators, which I think works quite well and gives a good balance. If anyone is interested please e-mail me and I can explain to you what the responsibilities of a group moderator are. It is not extremely time consuming to take care of the basic responsibilities, and Pam right now has been doing a great job of taking care of one of the main responsibilities, which is making sure spam gets deleted and spammers get blocked. It's especially good to have a third person because sometimes one of us is not available or does not check the list for a period of time.
