Response to New Indian Express Article

The publishing of the article deaming the AIDS epidemic in India as merely a

scare is societally irresponsible. We all know too well that there is an

epidemic in South Asia. The fact that New Indian Express has actually gone

against its better judgement and published this article to the contrary

illustrates the newspaper's utter lack of regard for the public well being of

South Asia. The publication should be ashamed of its misguided, unfortunate and

misinformed decision.
