Another advice: try to sleep in complete darkness. A mask on the eyes

is not sufficient, no ray of light must be visible in your room. Of

course no alarm clock with led.

Thanks for all the great responses. Yea,it's more like 2:30 to

3:30am every day, so I will do a sleep study next month to check out

apnea, but I still want to try the radial, I've tried all the herbs

etc.... I did my first cycle this week, but after reading everything, I

don't think I did it right. I think I need to do it in a more relaxed

state w/ 100% positive enery, so I will do another cycle now. I'll keep

you posted, thanks again for all the feedback.

perhaps we should talk.

Now I recall that Cayce say that sleep problem can be related to

unsynchronization between the brain/spinal system and the others organs

of the body due to vertebra non-alignment.

Have you try an osteopathic treatment ?

Jody a écrit :

Well I sleep in complete darkness with black out curtains, got one of

the white noise makers and tried ALL the teas and herbs...everything

that's ever been reccomended! Fortunately, I was able to be able to

fall asleep which is something I used to not be able to do. But nothing

has helped me STAY asleep. I was considering apnea, which I'll still

get tested for, but I just came across symptoms of hypoglycemia and

thought..."oh my God, this sounds like me!" .....so until my sleep

study, starting today, I will treat myself like I have it and do what

they reccommend and see if that helps. I'll keep you posted!!! Thanks

everyone!

Yes, insomnia is life breaker, I know what it mean. Thanks for the

hypoglycemia clue, I will have a check.

I ask myself if Wifi exposition do not play in important part in the

process. When I'm at the countryside, a lot less exposed, my sleep is

better.

Thanks Dave, I actually had heard that about the misalignment can cause

other issues, and I have been to what I would consider some of the best

Osteopath adjustments, I've had acupuncture, cranial sacral, and

consistent massage. Nothing really helped significantly, I was doing

slightly better b/ that went out the door when I started a new job, I

like it, but I think having to re-adjust to another big change didn't

help......but my worst issue is def the insomnia, b/ when I read about

the hypoglycemia thing, I had about 85% of all of the symptoms, I

couldn't believe no Doc had ever even mentioned it.
