Has anyone ever lost balance after blowing their nose

I've had this happen about six times now over a five month

period. Both sides of my nasal passages will be blocked and

when I blow my nose my right ear canal becomes blocked and

the room starts to spin. It can be so bad that I have to stop

everything, close my eyes because everything is spinning, and

sit or lay down immediately. Has any one ever experienced

this?

Yes I have,

My Mom told me that she heard that you are forcing mucus into your ears if you blow too hard. You have to blow your nose gently and this won't happen as much.
