antihistamine good or bad with bad sinus infection?

I've got a bad sinus infection and have been prescribed steroids and

antibiotics. I'm sneezing a lot at night and wonder if taking Zyrtec would be

helpful or okay with the other meds, or if it would somehow be contraindicated.

I like Zyrtec because it helps me sleep, always a problem with steroids.
