Guest guest
Hi , I have tried several searches but can't seem to find the recipe for the pulmicort respules solution that you use in your NeilsMed bottle. I rinse with a saline solution in that bottle every day, and I would love to try your method. Sorry if I'm making you repeat yourself. Thanks and happy holidays! Guest guest
The pulmicort respule is be prescription only it's intended for use in a nebulizer by children who can't use an inhaler. it is the same ingredient as Rhinocort only a different dose and it gets higher up the sinuses. This is definitely not the intended use ... my pulmonologist wrote the scrip as an experiment to see if/how it would work. /Avi > T > Hi , > > I have tried several searches but can't seem to find the recipe for the pulmicort respules > solution that you use in your NeilsMed bottle. Guest guest
Apparently Pulmicort can give mixed results (so what is new?). I tried it with no improvement. Please give us a follow-up. Carl pulmicort respules i just got an Rx for pulmicort respules to try in my irrigator. it has been 4 days now and I think it is really helping because i got a whiff of smell, sort of. i knew that their was fruity smell in the air but i could not actually smell it but to me that is a good sign, i have been clearer also. has anyone else tried this because i think it is my new favorite thing.on another note, i love saunas and hot yoga and find it gives me alot of relief whereas i have a hard time breathing when in a steam room. it seems there is no clear concensus on that.laura
Guest guest
The Pulmicort honestly doesn't seem to be doing a darned thing for me. I don't know why you need to mix it with water since it's already in a 2 mL solution, and that's already more than enough fluid for me. Lori > > Lori.... the respules I use are 0.5 mg. Guest guest
Thanks for all this information - I am going to try soaking a Q-tip in the Pulmicort. I also have some dex around, maybe I could try that as well. I have used Nasalcrom before, and it doesn't do anything for me anymore. That is also sodium cromglycate. But are you sure that it's a leukotriene inhibitor? I follow a pretty strict diet. I am not sure what you mean by replacing all carbs by fruits and vegetables. Fruits and vegetables are carbs, aren't they? I'm not pregnant and it's very unlikely I will become so, but thanks for the information on that diet. That's pretty much the diet I follow already and have for a long time. Lori
