polyps&sodium&water retention

For your information,I came across article By E McClay on Nasal polyps (general)

If you read the Aricle section pathophysiology on Bernsteins theory- there is increased sodium absorbtion

when inflammation is present leading to water retention therefore polyp formation.

Does that mean there is a relationship with saline? ( good or bad I can t figure it)-Also water

retention is big for me PMS.I do feel my sinuses about to burst at this time.

Any ideas how to reverse the process?
