Here is the reference that seems to support the use of antioxidants,anti-inflammatory and anti-leukotriene agents as a possible treatment for leukotriene produced inflammation and calcification (in this study for myofibroblasts but most probably similiar in sinus disease) Sincerely Wayne

Wayne, I thought this was an interesting article. I don't now of any genetic history of Samter's in my family, but my father did have heart disease and circulatory problems. There may be no link at all, but the leukotriene factor in both is interesting.ThanksOn Apr 3, 2011, at 10:19 AM, Wayne wrote:
