Has anyone tried the sinus buster spray?

has anyone used the sinus buster spray? I got it because a woman testimonied that she got her smell back from using it after years of not being able to smell. I never got my smell back using it but it did help relieve my sneezing a bit and clears me up but it is very HOT litterly when youu sniff it. it's made from capasin peppers.
