Dear Forum members,

One reason of helding the conference in developed the country

was the facilities. But what is the use of the conference

where many participants from affected countries can not attend.

I sincerely support the change in venue.The facilities in

Bangkok are more then sufficient. Besides,the cost for the

participant will also reduce. The venue in Durban has made

the difference. the prizes of ART has reduced.

A great achievement after 2 decades.
