Thank you Cheryl but it says page requested not found. I just e-mailed

them.

My son is here with me. The agent said that he just wanted to make sure

my son was ok,and that if his condition got worse to seek medical care.

I dont trust CPS for one minute! I will not allow anyone to intimidate

me or strip me of my rights.

I sent you some info privately. But everyone should know not to take an

adversarial position with CPS agents when they make inquiries like that.

You have to appear that you are cooperative, and that you take you child

to the doctor often, when it is necessary. Always answer their inquiries

and return their phone calls. Don't talk about alternatives to allopathic

medicine.

You may want to contact the NVIC to see of any attorneys who have

handled similar cases, ie. DPT reactions, in your area. I will keep

your family in our prayers. It never fails to amaze me how when you

question the establishment you pay the price and when you go along with

the establishment they blame you when things go wrong. Incredible. I

do agree with . Staying calm is better and I would definately seek

legal counsel so you have another person,independent of yourself,

involved.

My son has a seizure once every three or four weeks. My son is very

healthy despite his seizures. The school is concerned because my son has

learning disabilities.What they dont understand is that some children

with a seizure disorder, HAVE learning disabilities.

My son is very bright,but he is not progressing according to their

little charts. My son WILL catch up but at his own pace. He just

recently qualified for special education. They need to give him time.

Their trying to make me look like a bad mother. I am seriously thinking

about homeschooling him. I may run in to problems there. I may just get

him into a school for children with learning disabilities and special

needs.

As far as cooperating with CPS, I'm not sure I should. I read too many

cases where the parents cooperated and they

still took the children. Believe me I research every thing! I wrote to

Suzanne

Shell author of " Profane Justice " She told me to take my kids out of the

house and take somewhere safe. All know is that I need some good legal

advise and a lawyer. Believe me I have been spending

LONG hours searching the net for some answers. I am not even going to

work for

fear that they come and snatch my kid!

The agent seemed very nice and understanding and aggreed with alot of

what I said. He just kept saying " But not every one thinks like you! "

He said that he wanted to make sure that if my sons seizures got worse

that I would seek medical advise. I told him " Of Course "

I dont even want to involve The Epilepsy Foundation in this because they

are SO pro-med! It's what they do! I might though

because they could admit that anticonvulsants are very powerful meds

with serious side effects! Some times a childs seizures stop when they

go into puberty.

Just be prepared to document that you went to the hospital if they told

you to go. Accept the prescription, but just don't give the drugs to your

child.

I gave advice that a man convicted of murder should follow. Except

that he should be doing it as insurance. Because if his baby dies, that

is what he'll be charged with, whether it was his fault or not. Alan

Yurko is serving a life sentence for having a baby with similar medical

problems.

You must get legal help. Perhaps just a law student if you cannot afford

a lawyer. You want to have someone witnessing and documenting your baby's

health problems, just in case he gets very ill or dies. There will be a

good chance that you will be blammed for it and be charged criminally

liable. Perhaps a medical student can also witness your periodic

difficulties.

Prosecutors will try to disprove prior health problems. This is the key

to your defense. There may be more for you to do. But I'm not a lawyer.

Just make CPS believe that you are complying with all their suggestions.

DO NOT EVEN GIVE THEM A HINT THAT YOU BELEIVE IN ALTERNATIVE MEDICINE OF

ANY KIND.

Do what you think is best. JUST DON " T TELL THEM, unless it is standard

medical treatment. If they are ordering you to use drugs, then find a doc

who will do something less toxic. Make sure you have medical

justification (from medical journals) if possible. Otherwise, don't

reveal to them what you are doing.

ammunition. I've been through the court systems and they don't care. They

just want the facts and if the facts cost the state money then they want

I've been there and done that also. From what I experienced, no matter

what, they try to " create " a case. I listened to concerned family and

friends telling me to cooperate. I cooperated alright, cost me over 2

grand. I started following my own thinking and they never bothered me

again.
