Qualifications:

Post Graduate degree & training in journalism from a leading institute.

Experience:

6-10 years experience as a full time journalist with a reputed english

newspaper or magazine. Excellent understanding of issues related to

social development sector, specifically HIV/AIDS and Information

Technology. Should have written extensively on issues related to

HIV/AIDS and IT.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY MANAGER --- ITOO2

Qualifications:

MBA from a leading management institute with excellent knowledge of

Information Technology.

Experience:

4-6 years of experience in managing global multi-location IT

related projects. Should be familiar with project planning, analysis and

design, cost estimation, risk management and quality processes with

effective people management and quality customer interface skills.

SENIOR WEB DEVELOPER/TEAM LEADER --- IT003

Qualifications:

BE/B.Tech/MCA from a leading institute. Skills in JAVA, JAVA

Script, JSP, ASP, XML, HTML, DHTML, IIS, Websphere, WebLogic, JAVA

Web Server, JDBC, SQL Server.

Experience:

4-6 years of hands-on experience in software development,

with minimum 2 years of experience in Internet based technologies.

Team Leader in developing and maintaining large websites, portals

using JAVA based technologies.

SENIOR WEB DESIGNER/VISUALISER --- IT004

Qualifications:

Graduation in design, fine art, applied art from leading

institutes like NIFT, NID and NIA. Skills in Adope Photoshop, Adobe

Premier, Corel Draw, DreamWeaver, Flash and 3D animation.

Experience:

4-6 years in visualisation, developing graphics and design

with minimum one year experience in conceptualising and developing

high quality design, graphics and animation for web/pages and Internet

portals.

APPLICATION SOFTWARE PROGRAMMER --- IT005

Qualifications:

BE/B.Tech/MCA from a leading institute. Skills in Visual Basic,

VC++, C++, SQL Server, Map Objects.

Experience:

4-6 years experience in Software Development with

minimum one year experience in developing MIS application for the

social development sector.

MONITORING & EVALUATING AND MIS MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM

MIS) MANAGER --- MIS01

Qualifications:

MBA(MIS)/Statistics/Public Health/Operation research from a

leading institute. Skills in using IT based MIS tools, Geographic

Information Syatem(GIS), Statistical Tools - SPSS, preparing

presentations with maps, graphs etc.

Experience:

4-6 years of working experience on MIS for the social

development sector, good understanding of development programmes,

such as ICDS, RCH, HIV/AIDS with minimum 2 years experience in

managing, training, data analysis and implementation of IT based MIS

applications.
