Since the topic seems to be going right now I decided to do some digging

into my files on it. The Church of Illumination is one I have not heard of

but please pass along the info if anyone has it. I cannot find the list of

churches that are against vaccinations but that should not be required to

get a exemption. Here are a few sites and some info. It is best to get the

exact vaccination law for your state and to write a religious exemption

using the exact law. IF you need help find the exact law for your state let

me know.
