Anybody having the influenza jab this year.

Are any of you going to have the influenza jab this year. I have heard that it

includes the swine flu and two other types.

They are also said to have a stronger version for older people.

Does this meant that it will be safer to have than last year, and more or less

reactions to it.

The reason I ask is that on having the ordinary flu jab last year I was not too

good on it, so would not go in for the swine flu jab

My senses tell me not to have it, having already got much pain from joint and

muscle problems, which is simlar to getting the flu.

My feelings are that it could make things worse.

Has anybody else got any views on it.
