Guest guest
anyone know what is a good vitamin D level to have? (as opposed to the NHS lab ranges lol). Mine is 29 and in range. Wondering if that's a little on the low side? I'm on calcium and vit d because of coeliac related osteopenia, so was hoping that it would be an ok level. My Ferritin is still low at 24(my opinion, not shared by doc) band apparently my copper and zinc are low. What's the effect of having low copper and zinc? I find it difficult to tolerate any thyroid meds without getting toxicity symptoms, despite tsh being over 7, so I assume these levels could be contributing to the problem? x
