Guest guest Posted August 12, 2010 Report Share Posted August 12, 2010 I just got my Genova ferritin results, v low. 16 (10-232). What should I do about this. I've got some blue bonnet chelated iron bisglycinate 18mg tabs. What's the protocol for taking it and how much. Getting on better with isocort than HC. As soon as I take any HC I feel worse but isocort makes me feel better. Have also added in just under 1/2 grain armour a day.
