Guest guest
I tried B12 patches for one month. I felt more energetic and was able to do more, but in turn this caused me a problem, as my right hand became very painful with fingers tingling. In the past I had suffered from numbness, and had to slap the arm to get the feeling back, but this time it was too painful. I was told that it was CARPEL TUNNEL SYNDROME. I declined painkillers, but it was suggested that if bad still after Xmas that I could have a cortisone injection. I was also informed that increasng the thyroxine can also help as Hypothyroidism can be the cause of it. Despite other things this has improved over Xmas, but in turn, could it be that I have stopped using the B12 patches.
