Ordered NAX week before last but it's not arrived yet. Have now not taken it

for a week - miss it during the day, but am sleeping much better at nights.

I only ever took one, with my breakfast - wondering whether I really need it now

or whether I had just got used to taking it.

Looking forward to meeting you all in Brum
