Guest guest
DEAR FIONA - PLEASE WILL YOU DELETE MOST OF THE MESSAGES YOU ARE RESPONDING TO AND LEAVE JUST A SMALL PORTION. LUC - SHEILA ________________________________________________________ > To sum up, I would say that getting my ferritin level up was a pretty big step forward in starting to feel better and the trick with the iron tablets saved me an argument with my doctor! Of course I didn't get a prescription. > Hope this helps, > Thank you very much for sharing your experience. Has anybody else got an experience of Feritin result being in the 30's? Clearly the NHS would rather your Feritin be in single figures and due to that I would anticipate disapproval by doctors, but I guess you don't ask if you don't get. Especially as I do have a lot of symptoms. Has anybody got an NHS prescription with a similar Feritin result in the 30's? By all accounts it's another example of if you don't get, you have to help yourself and sort yourself out then. Cheers , your post was very interesting and helpful. Fiona.
