Any hints for best ways to use this site, for a newbie?

Hello everyone,

I joined the site recently and am awaiting recent test results before

considering asking for some help with ?hypothyroid problems. BUT although I can

see that there is a wealth of experience I am finding it extraordinarily

difficult to see how to USE the site most effectively.

Am I being completely dumb, or are there some useful pointers? I cannot see how

to follow through specific threads. Equally on the medical and scientific front

I cannot yet get a clear synopsis of the key factors that I am trying to grapple

with in order to better inform myself to increase my chances of dealing with

personal health problems. Yes, I know my brain is fuzzy - part of the pattern of

symptoms that I have currently. Am I missing something really obvious? Can

anyone point me in a direction that is simple to digest and will take me on a

step by step way forwards given the declining brain cells?
