Guest guest Posted June 18, 2010 Report Share Posted June 18, 2010 I have awful hayfever and had to take an antihistamine last night...I feel absolutely dreadful today really exhausted, foggy, bad hypo symptoms worse than before...not sure if it;s due to the hayfever attacks I had yesterday, sneezed about 100 times, or due to antihistamines..are they bad for thyroid and adrenals and should i not take them?
