Doseage from 125mcg Thyroxine to ?? Armour

Hi,

Can anyone just confirm for me?

Iam taking 125mcg Thyroxine daily and have just received my first batch of

Armour Thyroid in the post from canada. These are labelled Thyroid 30mg.

What conversion equivalent? and when, how is the best time to take it?

I calculate that I require 1 and 1/4 grains ie 2 1/2 tabs of 30mg?

Under the tongue?

BTW I purchased them from Valuepharmaceuticals, 500 tabs for £71, but had to pay

£19 to get them through customs! Pretty expensive, but they only took a week to

arrive.
