Guest guest
thanks everyone this is brill i am so glad i found you, i rang went to gp and got print out of tests i had done in julne 08 they print out does not include the ranges but what it does say is free t4 12.5 pmov/1 TSH 1.21 mu/1 i aslo had some hormones done at the same time and they say LH 10.2 u/1 FSH 8.3 u/1 testosterone 2.5 nmo1/1 it also says underneath FILE ACCEPTABLE I have no idea if you all can glean anything but my basal temp this morning was 36.0 36.1 then 36.2 hope you can understand some of this i have an appointment for the 12th where i will suggest getting the Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) antibodies and i will also ask GP to test the following to see if any of them are low in the reference range: ferritin (stored iron), vitamin B12, vitamin D3, magnesium, zinc, copper and folate. Once you I get these results, I will post them here also, with the reference range for each test. shelia from the group suggested this and let me know that If I am low in any of these, myr thyroid hormone will not be getting properly absorbed into the cells. I wonder if the private labs suggested above ls would test for the ones shelia reccomends? above . Thanks to all for your support and look forward to hearing from you all.phoned the lab at my local hopital where the test were done, my god you would think i was asking where the grewn jewels were instead of what ranges they used, anyway they said for the free t4 they use the range between 9-24 and for the TSH its less than 6.0 well seeing as i am free t4 12.5 pmov/1 TSH 1.21 mu/1 this learly indicates i am at the low end of both? does it not
