Query regarding friend's blood results

Could I ask a very quick question please? I need someone to cast their eye over

this blood test.

A friend of mine is very ill at the moment. Her GP has tested her thyroid and

her T4 is 10.3 (9.0 - 21.0) and her T3 is 4.6 (3.8 - 6.0). No TSH done. She is

also anaemic, her ferritin is 4 (11-13).

Her GP has told her that her thyroid is fine as she is within range, but to me,

her T4 is very low. She has been very ill on an off for years, and I've always

suspected her thyroid was the problem as she has so many other symptoms.

I know this is a very busy forum, but any thoughts would be welcome, as this

poor girl is on her knees at the moment.
