Hi , is that appalling topic still there. If so, can you

give us a link to it and we can all go and ask the moderators to remove it. I

shouldn't even be here according to this idiot's wishes. neither should our wonderful

Dr Peatfield - we should have been put down long ago. LOL1

Brilliant - mine's disappeared - in fact

as Sheila says her original posting under Public Enquiry has completely gone.

Makes me so angry I could burst! Especially as some callous psycho has been

allowed to post an idea suggesting legalising euthanasia for older people and

this HASN'T been removed by the moderator. Needless to say I've clicked the

button to the moderator to indicate this is an 'inappropriate' (understatement

of the year) idea!! I've pasted the whole posting below incase it too

disappears if I try to paste in just the link!!!

" Most people over the age of 70 who I know spend most of their time

complaining endlessly about every aspect of modern life, seeing their GP or

receiving vastly expensive NHS treatment of various kinds. They also cost the

country vast sums in pensions.

Given their constant moaning, I'm sure most of those over 70 would admit that

they'd be 'better off dead' (in fact, I know one of their number who says this

all the time) so who are we to deprive them of this right?

How the idea could be implemented

1. Legalise euthanasisa and suicide for the over 60s

2. Launch advertising aimed at pressurising the over 70s to take advantage of

the new laws.

3. Require GPs to launch 'termination clinics' for pensioners "

Clearly there is something very sinister going on with this website and its

becoming a laughing stock. If people are allowed to post cxxp like the above

whilst genuine and well reasoned arguments like Sheila's are removed it will

lose all credibility. I think its time we went to the Press with examples of

how this site is being abused. No doubt 'they' (who remain nameless but put

this whole shebang together) will blame it on 'technical difficulties'!! Along

with all the reported errors documented by other TPA ~UK members I just got

this one which may be implicated with stuff going missing. Looks like they've a

bunch of amateurs running the show as usual:-
