Wanted Translators - URGENTLY

Please could you let me know if you speak and write fluent French, Swedish or Italian please. As many of you are aware, we had the Register of Counterexamples to the Levothyroxine-onlyTherapy translated into many languages. Unfortunately, we then had problems with the way the questions had been worded, making it difficult for some of us in understanding how we should answer them, so we have now reworded the whole of the Question Page - and the Question Page only.

It has been translated into German and Danish and is being translated into Dutch, but my French, Italian and Swedish translators seem to have disappeared and I need these fairly urgently so I can pass the Survey onto the owners of thyroid web sites and thyroid forums in those countries.

If anybody speaks and writes any other language fluently and would like to help, please let me know.
