chargeback through Visa debit card for Thyroid-S

Hi Could I ask for advise pse about what others have done who have successfully

claimed their money back from Medicapharma for goods that did not arrive.

This company are telling me that the reason their orders for 1,000 tabs are not

getting through is because of that amount being more than three months' supply.

So as my son is about to go through the process pse could I ask advice on what

others put on the form ot related over the phone to their bank about what it was

exactly that they had ordered?
