Serenity progesterone cream vs HRT patches

Hi,

I have had an abrupt menopause caused by chemotherapy 3 years ago. I am now 44.

I have been on hrt tabs for about 18 months but 3 months ago the flushes came

back in a severe way plus becoming drenched with perspiration even while doing

light housework.

Last week I was changed to patches but still not working, they fall off because

of persp!

I am unable to take my armour ( 1 gr bd) because it makes the sweating even

worse, I have recently tried plain T3 200 mcg. Weird feel so blooming hot most

of the time with freezing cold feet!

Saw about using serenity and wondered if anyone had tried it for severe

menopause symptoms?

Also would I need oestrogen cream?

Any advice welcome
