Guest guest
Hi everyone, well I've been on Isocort for about a week now and my body seems to respond ok to it, well it doesn't hate it anyway. I'm up to 7 pellets a day and going for 8 tomorrow. Wondering what improvements I should feel on it. For the last 2 days I have been able and felt more able to do more and have been up and awake earlier than lunchtime which is unusual. My BP sitting and standing has gone from 94/64 and 84/66 to 103/60 and 114/70 so looks like heading in the right direction. Is this good? My temperatures haven't really done anything significant and range from 35.7 to 37. Any thoughts? I take vit c and co q 10 and will increase the vit c. Getting a ferritin test done also. I know I'm deficient in B12 and folic acid in particular but don't know how much to supplement. cheers Hannah
