Ref: Racism at the 6th ICAAP

I am astonished at the article on racism at the 6th ICAAP. The writer

herself says she has no idea what the row (excuse the pun) was about,

yet feels that the whole Indian delegation should complain about this

man's racist attack.

Having made no effort to simply walk up to either of them , if not at

the time then later, ( okay may be not that dreadful racist Ozzie but to Ashok?)

now everyone is supposed to get exercised about something just on hearsay.

Oh, and by the way, I was in Kuala Lumpur at the last ICAAP and at every

meal there was beef. How terrible. When they knew there were so many

Indians who were vegetarian or Hindus. Oh dear , oh dear oh dear.

What absolute crap this is. No wonder India and its Aids effort remains

mired in quicksand. Other delegations may go to a conference to learn

something or to contribute something. We just have to worry about the

food and the colour and show our own prejudices. BAH!
